Good Morning js! And how great does it feel after a 21 Day plan???? So happy to hear your good news! The way to stay motivated for life is to have a plan … stick to the plan … and then … guess what’s next????? BREAK from the plan !!!! Really! That’s a cycle that really works …
1) START a do-able plan for your schedule (you did that for 21 days – awesome!)
2) STICK to the plan for a good length of time (3 weeks to 12 weeks)
3) BREAK from the plan for a short time (1 to 2 weeks)
Then start again … with a fresh plan!
OK … so js … you are at the “short break” time and I love that you want to take it outdoors … why not start a neighborhood walk for this week, and next week. Walk from your front door – continuing walking until you are 15 mins. away – turn around and come back – that’s a 30 min. walk in your “hood!” Take some music – I do have audio “guided” walks at shop.walkathome.com or make a playlist with about 6 songs … here are 3 that are on my ipod now … 3 songs cover about a mile of walking
