07 Feb BIG MONDAY for Walking!
ooouuu I had too many chips and hummus last night while watching the big game …. it was fun to watch …. wasn’t it? I thought I would have to call 911 for my family members that take it too seriously …. other teams have to win too!!!!! So I walk to SWEAT today …. I am doing a 2 Mile Walk-Jog … on DVD we have The Big Burn that has perfect intervals of walking and “boosted” walking (code for gentle jogging … lol!)

It’s the final week for the Rev Up Your Weight Loss Walk Challenge with my friends at iVillage!!! Have you noticed how much great info is always available at iVillage? All topics have loads of discussions and expert info …. I love being part of it!
