WOWWWWW!!!! It’s an exciting day!!!!
I love BEGINNINGS! So much hope and energy for the days ahead! I am so THRILLED that you will be spending the next 21 days with me and my team! THANK YOU so much for joining us. We couldn’t have all this healthy fun if we didn’t have YOU!
We will be here on our Blog, and also on Facebook, offering you daily exercise and walking assignments. The goal is to get you (and me) into the holiday season with a major health BOOST! (And I promise, many of you will have lots of other results like inches off, weight down, your clothes are loose…the kind of results that the relatives say, Hey you look different. What are you doing to look so great?? Oh those relatives! LOL!
Today, your assignment is to WALK 3 MILES, no matter how long it takes, anyway you want to do it. You can walk on a treadmill, outdoors, OR – nice and convenient – right in front of your TV or Computer screen with any of our Walk at Home Programs.
Just knowing that you have a PLAN for the next 21 days – not having to think about what you’ll do each day for your health goals – really takes a lot of the pressure off. It’s a sure tool for consistency and this, my friends, is the secret to all successful endeavors …. Simple Consistency!
