09 Jan New Year Walks!
HEALTHY New WEEK Walkers!
For much of the world, it’s a BIG FREEZE week so I know you need indoor walking … LOVE IT!
The Walk Plan for the first 7 days of the New Year was a BIG start … and I love that today is our day of REST … we earned it after that 15 Mile week (that’s our total miles from the past week!!!) Now let’s plan for the next 7 days to be just as motivating ( I am MOTIVATED for sure … I feel so much better in only 6 days of walking …. I have just about walked off the effects of my excess holiday cookie intake!!! The good news about gaining a few pounds in a short period of time … is that you can quickly lose it “IF” you take the right steps …. here comes more of the “right” steps …. our WALK Challenge
plan for Jan. 8 through Jan. 14!!!
January 8 – 2 Miles! (The Big Burn DVD or walk for 30 mins.)
January 9 – 4 Miles! (4 Mile Power Walk DVD or walk for 60 mins.)
January 10 – Rest
January 11 – 2 Miles! (Belly Blasting Walk DVD or walk for 30 mins.)
January 12 – 3 Miles! (5K with a Twist DVD or walk for 45 mins.)
January 13 – Rest
January 14 – 4 Miles! (4 Really BIG Miles DVD or walk for 60 mins.)
***Don’t forget you can break up the miles or minutes throughout the day … 10 mins. here … 15 mins. there … it all WORKS for your goals!
NO EXCUSES friends …. just meet the daily assignment and YOU WILL have great results!
