Every minute that you “walked” …. improved your life in some important way! After every workout … don’t you say “I am so glad I did that – I feel great!” You never regret healthy exercise!
Fitness Walking is one of the best ways to drop extra pounds, but it goes much deeper than weight loss. At any weight, being an ACTIVE, POSITIVE person in all that you do is the greatest reward!
