  • Drink a glass of water before eating!
  • Spinach and Tomato Omelet (152 calories)
  • 1 slice wheat toast (65 calories) with 1 tbs sugar free preserves (10 calories)
  • Coffee or Tea (optional) (Black 2calories or w/ sweetener & milk 22calories / 8oz cup)
