Walk to LOWER Breast Cancer Risk!

It’s Breast Cancer awareness month!

WALKING MORE does MORE GOOD to reduce your risk of ALL cancer than any other choice!

I know this is a very BOLD statement, but there is just so much evidence …

I have studied this for decades.  What really makes a major impact to our health OVER A LIFETIME ??? More Fitness WALKING! Period!

Here’s what I have found:
– If we walk more, we slim down.  If we slim down, we have less estrogen from fat cells.  Exposure to extra estrogen increases the risk of breast cancer; breaking a sweat strengthens the immune system. A strong immune system fights all disease! Walking reduces stress.  Reduced stress reduces the risk of disease.  So I continue my ministry to keep EVERYONE walking more! Walking is my MEDICINE for life!   How about you?
