13 Sep BIG MONDAY Walkers!
Good Moooorning Everybody!!!! It’s a very BIG Monday …. of a very BIG week! Walking off Breakfast … easy …. walking off Lunch …. no problem ……BUT DINNER???? Now that’s another category! Dinner is usually the meal that we all take in more calories. It makes sense …. we are winding down from the day … most of our daily obligations are behind us … and we have a little more time to have an extra bite of …. whatever Dinner is! So the challenge this week is 4 “Really Big” Miles! (I know, I know … another DVD title …. sorry it just pops out of me) Any style of a 4 Mile Walk … no matter how fast or slow – DVD Walk or at the park walk …. really works to burn off hundreds of calories! And besides “calorie burn” there are so many other benefits that lead to weight loss and improved health … when you put in that many Miles in one day! More time being active … means less time taking in extra calories …. more miles … means more conditioned muscles – more conditioned muscles mean you burn calories even when sitting or sleeping (faster metabolism) … it all leads to a slimmer, healthier you! So let the BURN BEGIN my walkers ….. I am out of this chair now … actually I am sitting on 2 pillows to get me even with my screen …. how did my chair get so low? The kids did something …. hmmmm! Eat a Healthy Dinner tonight everybody … I have Chicken / Brown Rice / Broccoli planned for my house …. and to walk if off … I have the cables and the 4 Mile Super Walk DVD all loaded into my player …. have a BIG BIG MONDAY!
